Modelling and Detailing of Special Purpose Machines/Heavy Engineering equipment using Solidworks & Autodesk Inventor
Quality checking of Models and drawings made by designers
Responsibilities
Ensure Quality of 3D models and Drawings produced by the team by thorough checking
Creation of Quality Checklist on project need basis
Ensure adherence to quality checklist by the team
Create 3D models for Special purpose Machines and Heavy Equipment
Create Manufacturing /2D drawings using Solidworks/Inventor/AutoCAD.
Skill Set:
6 – 13 years of Proven Working experience as a Designer/Quality Checker for an Engineering Service/Manufacturing organization
Extensive Knowledge of manufacturing standards.
Extensive Knowledge of GD&T, Weldment, Tolerance
Experience in Sheet metal, Casting and Machining models
Excellent Hands on experience in Solidworks/Inventor
Ability to create drawings using AutoCAD would be an added advantage
Good communication skills-Verbal and Written
Initiative, drive and enthusiasm
A positive attitude
Qualification: BE/B Tech Mechanical Engineering.
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with Higher experience and matching standards can be considered
Design, Autodesk Inventor, 3D, 2D, AutoCAD, Detailing, Mechanical Engineering, Sheet Metal, Heavy Engineering, Solid Works
