Yoga at work

Changepond organized a Yoga and Meditation session as part of their Enterprise wellness initiative. The sessions are conducted on every Friday in our Headquarters.

The session starts with a practicing breathing Techniques and yoga exercises. Exercises were done in a guided manner with guruji that reap benefits to the employees. It helps to get rid of toxins from the body, rejuvenates the mind and keeps the employees liberated from stress and commotion.
