Roots

CHANGEPOND’s management team has a rich product development heritage and was part of a pioneering Software Product Venture. The team built a 3000 people product company and within 7 years took the company to IPO with $1Bn valuation in 1999. It was then one of the largest enterprise products to be built on Microsoft technologies and the first major ERP in the world with a Graphic User Interface (GUI). The core team has worked with marquee customers like Intel, Swatch, Boeing, SwissPost, FIFA, GE.

To ensure the highest possible quality of software development and maintenance, we have devised a CHANGEPOND Quality Management Process (CQMS) that emphasizes problem prevention rather than problem correction. Our CQMS integrates our quality approach throughout the software development life cycle, thereby ensuring that quality is built in as development progresses. Changepond has been certified with the ISO 27001:2013 standard for establishing, implementing, maintaining and continually improving the Information Security Management System by TUV Rheinland. The CHANGEPOND Quality Management System (CQMS) is assessed and certified by TUV Rheinland in accordance with the ISO 9001:2008 standards. Continuing our journey to strive and keep up our excellence in quality, we have embarked on a voyage to attain CMMI Level 4 & 5 certification having reached CMMI Level 3.
