The Client

One of the largest Health care & Pharmaceutical manufacturers in the world. They are also one of the Fortune 100 companies having operations across the globe.

Business Need

The clientele sought a mobile application to enable their field sales force to be more productive in collecting & presenting their customer data. The sales personnel were commuting to their reporting offices on a regular basis for information sync, thus spending much time in travelling. They were using Oracle CRM on Cloud for managing their customer centric operations. The need was to create a simple mobile solution that provides an interface for the sales force to get their schedules and activity updates from the CRM anytime, anywhere.

Our Enagagement

Changepond provided a simple and elegant solution on the IOS platform. The screens were built to be very simple and extremely usable. The data will sync with the Oracle CRM on Cloud through their web services. REST based web services were used.

The web services are consumed to update information locally on the mobile device and also update back the notes based on the customer call into the CRM solution.The solution has been deigned to work in iPhone, iPad, Android and Blackberry platforms.
