Roles & Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities would include,

• Preparation of Proposals/ Response to RFI’s.
• Preparation of estimates.
• Identifying prospective clients.
• Generating business from new accounts and enhancing business from existing accounts.

Job description
Assume principal responsibility for ongoing operations of some of the web's most visited sites. Manage people, process and technology to maximize uptime, minimize defects and smoothly facilitate architectural changes. Will also be focused on project managing web operations and support-oriented projects for premier, high-volume, high-visibility enterprise web site environments. Define, plan and direct a number of crucial projects and initiatives including investigation and analysis of application problems, bug fixing of custom application software, middleware upgrades, technical analysis and auditing activities, troubleshooting application performance problems, etc.

Responsibilities Include:
Act as a principal liaison to the organization’s Customers, partners and vendors for 24/7/365 enterprise-level web site operations engineering, support and maintenance. Define and own process and workflow to provide clients with 24/7/365 support of enterprise-level web site operations. Manage and streamline issue tracking process to ensure prompt and reliable response to and resolution of support issues. Author detailed project requirements, create and manage project plans and coordinate activities amongst various project participants, including technical staff, client organizations, third party technical vendors and hosting facilities. Author detailed technical analysis reports to communicate problem resolution for technical operations issues.
